While we have been receiving unsolicited praise and compliments from our customers for years, we struggled with how to present them in a way that inspires confidence that they are indeed real customers and in their own words. Thanks for your great work. The slides I sent in were deteriorating even though they were stored correctly. Some were faded out and red. You made them look brand new - just like they were taken yesterday, except yesterday was 40 years ago!
After spending hours scanned individually some pictures, DigMyPics was suggusted to me. Not wanting to give up the totality of my valued photos, I sent a small sampling (113) photos. The process and results were wonderful. The process (tracking the photos, your email when they arrived and left always gave me the feeling I knew where the pictures were located. Your internal process that allowed me to see the photos before completion was another wonderful part of the process. I only nixed a couple of shots but having the option was great.
