After your images are scanned, we will send you a link to view your photos online.
Delete the shots you don’t want as part of our
Don’t Wan’t Don’t Pay™ Service. If you see others that you feel you
want to keep but are not up to your standards, let us know! If we can't fix those
images to your satisfaction, you won't pay for them. It's that simple. Once you're
satisfied, pay only for what you decide to keep. You have 21 days from the date
we complete your scans to decide. If we haven't heard from you in that time frame,
we'll assume you're satisfied and automatically bill you and return your photos
and scans.
Please Note: You can delete up to 35% of your photos using Don’t
Wan’t Don’t Pay™, or if you decide that you're completely unsatisfied, we'll delete
all of your photos and video transfers and return your originals at our expense
via USPS Priority Mail (or upgrade to FedEx at your expense).
