Our Fast Turn Around Guarantee

We'll get your under 400 photo scanning job done fast or we'll take $25 off your bill.

Guarantee is based on actual number of standard 35mm negatives, slides and/or loose prints up to and including 8x10 photos.  We can usually get specialty film done quickly, too, but it is not eligible for the 5 business day guarantee. Business days are regular Monday through Friday excluding National and Federal Holidays.

The job is considered complete once we send you the link to review your images under Don't Want Don't Pay.  Slideshow movies will be created after you've approved your scans and are not part of the guarantee.

Turn around times are quoted in Business Days and based on standard film and prints at our standard resolution.  Higher resolutions, Non-Standard Film and additional services will increase the turnaround time. Please call for additional details...

Turn around times are quoted in Business Days and based on standard transfer to DVD Movie disc, additional services such as .avi format to hard-drive and repairs may increase the turnaround time.
